payments

Bank Transfer to be done at the end of the service.

Booking

You can book via Book Now button on the online page (Website, Social Media). You can either text or DM if unable to book via other ways.

Deposit

New client requires deposit of $40, which will be used towards your appointment. Upon no show or late cancellation it is non-refundable. Bookings will only be confirmed once the payment is received.

cancellation policy

Please allow us at least 24 hours’ notice to change, reschedule or cancel your appointments without incurring a fee. Any changes made within 24 hours will result in 50% (of your total booking amount) cancellation fee that must be paid prior to your next appointment.

Lateness & No Show

If you are 15 minutes or later to your booked appointment, your appointment will automatically be cancelled in consideration of other clients due to inadequate time to complete your service. This will incur a 50% (of your total booking amount) cancellation fee that must be paid prior to your next booking.

children

No children are allowed in salon at any time for safety reasons as we deal with hazardous chemicals and other items that are not safe for children.

L’amour Nails will only offer gel polish service to anybody over the age of 12 with permission & consent from an adult.

Artificial enhancements will only be offered to anybody over the age of 16 with the permission from an adult.

Service Guarantee

I have 5 day guarantee on all services. If it chips or breaks, then I will happily fix it free of charge within 5 days provided you have followed all after care instruction. However, we do not guarantee picking, breaks on natural nails and staining of products (after care is must).

Please contact at earliest if you have any issues within the 5 days, after this period service guarantee voids and you will have to make a new appointment for your repair, for which you can contact me for a personal quote.

health and safety

All the tools and equipment that are designed for multiple use are sanitized and disinfected after each use to ensure every appointment is clean and hygienic. All the single use tools are always disposed after use.

During your appointment, if anything suspicious looking on your nails then, I hold the right to immediately stop the service and refer you to seek a medical profession for the health and safety of your and others.

aftercare

  1. Be extra careful within 24 hours after a manicure and avoid intense heat such as hot bath, saunas or spa pools to avoid lifting and chipping issues.
  2. Use cuticle oil twice daily. This helps to make your nails grow healthier, stronger and longer. It also helps prevent your gel polish from lifting.
  3. Always wear gloves while cleaning, gardening, washing and using harmful chemical to avoid staining your manicure.
  4. Wash your hands after using insect repellents, tanning solutions, purple shampoos, sunscreens and chlorine as this product can chip, discolor and stain your manicure.
  5. Never use your nails as a tool as this will damage and weaken your natural nails.
  6. Do not pick, file and push your cuticles back as this can break the seal of the gel or extension, which will lead to chipping and damaging your nails.
  7. Do not miss your appointments for maintenance. We recommend you not to go more than two to three weeks to avoid chipping issues and follow any advice given to you by your nail technician.
